• We do not accept returns once the product is delivered.

Replacement Policy

• Replacement is only applicable in case of:

  • Wrong product delivered
• To request a replacement, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
• Please provide photo or video proof of the damaged or wrong product.

Refund Policy

• Refund will only be processed if replacement is not available.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Important Note

• Products must be unused and in original packaging for replacement.
• Elvion reserves the right to reject replacement or refund requests if proper proof is not provided.
